Linkopedia's Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service before making payment and submitting a link.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Service Agreement

Linkopedia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove all or part of the Agreement at any time without notice.

All paid submissions will are subjected to the terms and conditions within this page. It is your responsibility as a submitter to read and understand these terms prior to submitting your URL for review. Submission of a URL requires your acceptance of these terms.

Description of Service

Linkopedia is a pay for inclusion web directory that allows you to pay for consideration of your web site for possible inclusion in the Linkopedia directory. Inclusion is not guaranteed. In consideration of your payment Linkopedia agrees that its editors will review you site for inclusion in the Directory and respond to you within 1 business days from the date that you submit your site.

To have your site reviewed for possible inclusion in the Linkopedia Directory you are required to pay a one time inclusion fee. The current price for each URL submitted is $9.95 US . 

Nothing in this agreement requires Linkopedia to link your site in the Directory. If your site is accepted for inclusion in the directory nothing in this agreement requires Linkopedia to place your site within a specific category.

Your Representation Regarding Your Site

You represent and warrant that the site you are submitting for consideration does not and will not infringe the rights of any third party. You also warrant and represent that all aspects of the site submitted for consideration comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Minimum Site Criteria

• Commercial websites must have contact information available on the website
• The site be live and must not contain any parts that are still under construction
• The site must be in the English or have an English version available
• The site must not redirect users to other pages
• The site must be finished - all links work

Listing of Submitted Sites

If Linkopedia accepts your site is for inclusion in the directory, Linkopedia reserves the right to edit the Title and Description of the submitted site. Linkopedia also reserves the right to place your listing in another category or sub-category than the one originally submitted in.

Removal of Site

Linkopedia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove your listing if the site is no longer live and/or the content of the site has changed and is no longer relevant to what was originally listed in the directory.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LINKOPEDIA BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO OUR DATABASE THAT RESULTS IN LOSS OF LINKS OR CLOSURE OF THE  SITE.
